Mode: Full time - Contract position
Executive Assistant (EA)
Role: To act as a "Business Partner" to the ANZ SP leadership managing the operational rhythm of the segment so leadership can focus on strategy and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Complex Calendar Management: Proactively managing high-volume calendars prioritizing meetings across multiple time zones (ANZ APJC and US).
Regional Rhythm of the Business: Organizing and facilitating All Hands meetings leadership offsites customer meetings/events.
Stakeholder Liaison: Serving as the primary point of contact for internal executives and external C-suite customers from major accounts in ANZ SP.
Travel & Expense Governance: Coordinating complex international and domestic travel ensuring strict adherence to Client corporate policies.
Required Skill Set:
Advanced Coordination: Expert-level proficiency in Outlook Webex and Microsoft Teams.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Confidentiality: Proven experience handling sensitive organizational and financial data.
Proactivity: Ability to anticipate leadership needs and resolve scheduling conflicts before they arise.
