Dynamics 365 CRM Developer

Location: ACT (Hybrid 2 Days Onsite per Week)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join a large-scale enterprise transformation program. The successful candidate will work within an Agile Scrum team to design develop test and maintain high-quality Dynamics 365 and Dataverse solutions while contributing to continuous improvement and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop test and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM applications and integrations.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 components including entities forms business rules workflows and plugins.
• Develop code-first solutions using C# .NET Dataverse SDK and Web API.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using Azure services and REST APIs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders architects developers and testers to deliver quality solutions.
• Contribute to sprint planning backlog refinement estimation and Agile ceremonies.
• Support CI/CD pipeline implementation and deployment using Azure DevOps.
• Identify and implement technical improvements best practices and automation opportunities.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer within Agile delivery teams.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Dynamics 365 CE
  • Dataverse
  • C#
  • .NET Framework
  • Plugin Development
  • Custom Workflow Activities
  • Business Rules and Forms Customization
• Experience with Dataverse SDK and Web API.
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with Azure services and REST APIs.
• Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps Git CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Experience with cloud platforms and DevOps practices.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies including Scrum SAFe Kanban or Lean.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Desirable Skills

• Power Platform experience (Power Apps Power Automate).
• Experience with xUnit or other testing frameworks.
• Experience delivering solutions in large and complex enterprise environments.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology or a related discipline.
