About You

Youll work with a range of customers with physical disabilities
Provide person-centered support that empowers each client to express choice and independence in how they want to be supported in their day-to-day lives
Assist clients with aspects of daily living needs in their homes and at times out in the community; including personal care meals assistance medications and behaviour support
Able to work independently and as a member of a team
