Contract Manager

Projects consist of educational institutional sporting infrastructure major hotel developments with all work coming through repeat clients. They currently have record numbers of employees hitting 10 year and 20 year milestones and a minimum staff turnover

Reporting to the National Operatons Manager this is a newly created role as part of their recent sustained growth and will add extra commercial punch to an already sharp team of contract administrators in the business. As the successful Contract Manager you will drive the following initiatives :-

• Lead commercial performance across project lifecycles ensuring profitability risk control and contract compliance.
• Manage head contract interpretation negotiation and commercial position strategy.
• Oversee subcontract procurement strategy scope definitions tender evaluation and negotiation.
• Conduct monthly financial reporting forecasting and cost-to-complete analysis.
• Prepare assess and negotiate variations EOT claims and final accounts.
• Mentor Contract administration staffto strengthen commercial discipline and system consistency.
• Maintain high-trust relationships with clients consultants legal and Independent Certifier representatives.

This is the perfect role for an accomplished Senior Contract Administrator who doesnt necessarily want to pursue a career in Project Management but rather hone their commercial skills and develop a career in Commercial Management
