Employment Term:Full time 7am to 3pm Monday to Friday
Location: Labrador Gardens Aged Care Facility
Remuneration:$68.95 - $70.43 per hour (Dependant on experience)Super Not for Profit Salary Packaging Penalties & Allowances

Your part in our BlueCare team
Working closely with your Residential Services Manageryoullprovide visible hands-on clinical leadership to deliver safe high-quality person-centred care.Youllbe accountable for driving clinical excellence across the service - supporting your team strengtheninggovernanceand ensuring residents receive care that promotes dignityindependenceand quality of life.
Provide day-to-day clinical leadership ensuring care delivery aligns with best practicelegislationand quality standards
Lead coach and mentor clinical and care teams creating a capableconfidentand high-performing workforce
Act as the escalation point for complex clinical issues applying strong judgement and evidence-based decision-making
Oversee comprehensive clinical assessments and care planning ensuring care is responsive to individual needs and goals
Drive clinical governance and risk management including proactive management of key risks such as falls wounds and infection control
Act as the escalation point for complex clinical issues applying strong judgement and evidence-based decision-making

Build strong relationships with residents familiesGPsand allied health professionals to support coordinated holistic care
Partner with the Residential Services Manager to ensure clinical governance AN-ACC fundingintegrityand sustainable service outcomes

Youllbe a highly experienced clinical leader with a strong background in aged care or a similar environment.Youllbe passionate about person-centred care and lead by example through your clinicalexpertisecommunicationand leadership capability.
You will bring:
Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent)
Current AHPRA registration
Extensive clinical experience ideally within residential aged care
Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing teams
Strong clinical assessment decision-making and problem-solving skills
Experience in clinical governance qualitystandardsand compliance frameworks
Knowledge of aged care funding models (AN-ACC) and regulatory requirements
Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
Postgraduate qualifications in aged care clinical leadership or a related specialty will be highly regarded (desirable)
