Civil Operators – Multiple Roles Available

Join the teams delivering major infrastructure works across the Northern Territory with opportunities for experienced Civil Operators across a range of disciplines. Our clients are Darwin owned and operated businesses ranging from large plumbing contractors through to civil and infrastructure companies offering steady local work and strong project pipelines.

We are currently seeking skilled operators for ongoing roles across civil quarry and production environments. These positions offer long-term work variety across sites and machinery and the chance to play a key role on significant NT projects.

Opportunities Available

We are hiring for a variety of roles including:

• All Round Operators (Excavators Loaders HR Trucks Skid Steers)
• Final Trim Excavator Operators (GPS experience desirable)
• Grader Operators (final trim GSP and general works)
• Production Excavator Operators
• Roller Operators
• Dump Truck Operators (quarry and sand plant operations)
• HR Drivers ( Ridged tippers Watercarts Vac trucks and Agis)
• Sales Loader Operators (Berrimah Howard Springs & Mt Bundy locations)

About the Roles

• Work across civil construction quarry sand plant and infrastructure projects
• Operate a range of machinery depending on your skillset
• Contribute to projects from bulk earthworks through to final trim
• Maintain a strong focus on safety quality and productivity

What Were Looking For

• Proven experience operating machinery in civil or quarry environments
• You will hold RII Machine tickets White card and Drivers licence
• Ability to operate multiple machines (highly desirable for all-rounders)
• GPS / final trim experience for relevant roles
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Commitment to site safety and team-based environments
• Ability to pass pre-employment and regular drug and alcohol testing.
• Some positions will require a police check due to defence pass requirements.
