What you bring

Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care

Proven experience early childhood education

Strong understanding of NQF NQS and regulatory compliance

Current and mandatory Certificates and Checks

Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills

The ability to lead inspire team

Qualifications & Compliance

Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)

Current Working with Children Check

Current First Aid CPR Anaphylaxis (or willing to obtain immediately)

National Police Check clearance

Eligibility to work in Australia

Experience & Skills

  • Proven ability to design and implement EYLF-based programmes
  • 3 years post qualification
  • Strong documentation skills (observations assessments planning)
  • Experience leading and mentoring educators
  • Deep understanding of NQF NQS and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication with children families and team
