We act for the opportunityWe are seeking an experienced Change Manager to support the implementation of a strategic project and drive the successful adoption of new technologies processes and ways of Project will facilitate Australian Red Cross transition to a modern operating model equipping our people with a compliant scalable system that enable consistent service delivery enhance the experience of those the Australian Red Cross supports and the experience of our volunteers and this pivotal role you will partner closely with the project team business leaders SMEs and stakeholders to ensure people are engaged prepared and supported throughout the end-to-end change journey. You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery to develop and execute change management plans that build readiness accelerate adoption and embed sustainable change youYou are an experienced change management professional with a proven track record delivering complex transformation programs that span people process and technology change. You bring expertise in driving stakeholder engagement organisational readiness and sustainable adoption outcomes across diverse and often complex have substantial experience supporting large-scale change initiatives involving diverse stakeholder groups including with varying levels of digital capability. You are skilled at tailoring change approaches to meet the needs of different stakeholder groups and have successfully worked across multi-stakeholder programs to build confidence capability and commitment to change.
