We act for the opportunityWe are seeking an experienced Change Manager to support the implementation of a strategic project and drive the successful adoption of new technologies processes and ways of Project will facilitate Australian Red Cross transition to a modern operating model equipping our people with a compliant scalable system that enable consistent service delivery enhance the experience of those the Australian Red Cross supports and the experience of our volunteers and this pivotal role you will partner closely with the project team business leaders SMEs and stakeholders to ensure people are engaged prepared and supported throughout the end-to-end change journey. You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery to develop and execute change management plans that build readiness accelerate adoption and embed sustainable change youYou are an experienced change management professional with a proven track record delivering complex transformation programs that span people process and technology change. You bring expertise in driving stakeholder engagement organisational readiness and sustainable adoption outcomes across diverse and often complex have substantial experience supporting large-scale change initiatives involving diverse stakeholder groups including with varying levels of digital capability. You are skilled at tailoring change approaches to meet the needs of different stakeholder groups and have successfully worked across multi-stakeholder programs to build confidence capability and commitment to change. Experience in the non for-profit sector and with large cohort of volunteers will be highly will bringStrong knowledge and proven application of contemporary change management frameworks methodologies and tools with the ability to tailor approaches to meet diverse business and stakeholder needsDemonstrated collaborative and consultative working style with a strong track record of delivering outcomes in complex project environmentsHighly self-motivated and resilient with the ability to thrive in environments characterised by ambiguity complexity and competing prioritiesStrong analytical capability with the ability to translate data insights and stakeholder feedback into targeted and effective change interventions that drive successful outcomesExcellent attention to detail combined with the ability to maintain a strategic perspective and understand the broader organisational context and impacts of changeExceptional written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to develop clear concise and persuasive communications for a wide range of audiencesStrong digital literacy and confidence in using technology with the ability to quickly adopt and champion new digital tools and ways of workingBenefits that act for you while you act for humanityFinancial wellbeing: In addition to your salary you can take advantage of salary packaging that could provide you with a great way to reduce the amount of tax you pay - and get more from your salary.
