Were searching for a passionate hands-onCentre Directorto lead our Riverstone Campbell St team with heart and purpose (72 places). This is more than a leadership role its an opportunity to create a thriving learning environment where children flourish educators feel valued and families feel part of something special.

What You will Do:
- Lead and inspire your team of educators to deliver outstanding care and education.
- Build a positive inclusive and supportive culture that puts people first.
- Engage families and the community fostering strong lasting relationships.
- Drive quality and compliance across every aspect of the centres operations.
- Oversee budgeting and resources ensuring smooth and efficient management.
- Create and implement programs that celebrate each childs unique strengths and potential.

What Were Looking For:
- Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
- Minimum 3 years experience in a Centre Director or similar leadership role.
- Current Working with Children Check First Aid & CPR certification and National Police Check (within 6 months).
- Strong understanding of NQF EYLF and compliance standards.
- A natural people leader confident compassionate and committed to growth.
- A genuine love for early education and the impact it creates.
