Join Toll Group as a Category Manager IT Projects Melbourne

Youll lead end-to-end sourcing across a diverse range of IT projects including software systems integrators implementation partners licensing and infrastructure. Working at the heart of major transformation initiatives youll play a key role in optimising supplier performance influencing commercial outcomes and enabling delivery at pace.

As the Category Manager for IT Projects you will be:

• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives across IT projects from concept through to delivery.

• Develop and execute category strategies aligned to project timelines and business priorities.

• Negotiate complex contracts with software vendors consultancies and delivery partners.

• Act as a trusted advisor to IT and project stakeholders on vendor selection and procurement strategy.

• Drive cost optimisation value creation and risk mitigation across all sourcing activity.

• Manage supplier performance ensuring delivery against KPIs and SLAs.

About You

To be successful in the role you will have:

• Extensive experience (10 years) in procurement with a strong focus on IT sourcing

• Proven track record across software services and technology supplier management

• Expertise in negotiation commercial strategy and contract management

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across IT Finance and business teams

• A highly analytical mindset with the ability to deliver insights and drive decisions

• Experience working in fast-paced project-driven environments
