Business Development Manager

Whats the Role

As a Business Development Manager Broker youll network with lots of commercial lending brokers to win business and strengthen relationships making sure that our customer value proposition is heard understood and promoted youll be an advocate for our outstanding service promise.

This is a really important role for us! Youll combine your knack for networking with your lending know-how to generate new business for the Westpac Group through our commercial broker network.

What Do I Need

• Proven experience in Business Banking
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills
• Confidence in managing B2B partnerships and third-party channels
• Demonstrated success in generating new business through external networks
• Ability to influence and guide conversations with key stakeholders
• Proven experience in structuring complicated financial products and services
