Our client based in the southern Gold Coast is a long-standing Australian consumer brand with a strong direct-to-consumer (DTC) eCommerce model and growing international presence.
As the business continues to expand locally and globally they are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to lead brand marketing and customer growth initiatives across multiple markets.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Director this role combines brand leadership with responsibility for digital performance customer growth and marketing execution. Working with an established team you will help shape the future direction of the brand while ensuring marketing activity delivers measurable results.
This opportunity will suit someone who has built their career within a strong eCommerce or DTC environment and enjoys working in a collaborative business where ideas can be implemented quickly and results are visible.
The role:
This is a senior hands-on role suited to someone who understands both brand and commercial performance within a modern consumer business.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive brand growth customer engagement and digital performance across Australian and international markets.
Youll be involved across:
- Brand strategy and campaign direction
- eCommerce growth and customer acquisition
- Paid media and agency management
- EDM and retention initiatives
- Organic social media and content strategy
- Influencer and partnership activity
- Creative shoots and campaign execution
- Marketing team leadership and development
- Reporting and performance analysis
About You
- Strong experience within an eCommerce-first or Direct-to-Consumer business (essential)
- Proven experience in a Brand Manager Senior Marketing Manager or similar role
- Commercially minded with a strong understanding of how marketing drives growth
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition retention and digital performance
- Comfortable leading both strategy and execution
- Experience managing agencies creative partners and internal teams
- Strong creative judgement and communication skills
