AU Bookkeeper Full-time

Position Title: AU Bookkeeper (experienced Bookkeeper & Automate Expert)
Location: Remote

Working Hours: (9am-5pm AEST)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Bookkeeper & Automate Expert to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of bookkeeping and accounting experience with a strong understanding of data analysis forecasting and issue flagging. Previous experience in bar/restaurant financials is preferred and experience in construction bookkeeping is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data
• Generate and analyze POS/F-post & MIB reports
• Manage invoicing and data entry tasks
• Prepare and present financial reports
• Utilize automation tools to streamline processes and increase efficiency
• Proactively identify and flag any financial issues or discrepancies
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients via WhatsApp
• Work 8 hours per day 5 days per week on AEST schedule
  

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of bookkeeping and accounting experience
• Strong understanding of data analysis forecasting and issue flagging
• Previous experience in bar/restaurant financials preferred
• Experience in construction bookkeeping is a plus
• Proficient in bank reconciliation and financial reporting
• Familiarity with POS/F-post & MIB reports
• Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proactive and detail-oriented mindset
• Proficient in using automation tools to increase efficiency
• Must be able to work 8 hours per day 5 days per week on AEST schedule
