MinterEllisons Dispute Resolution team works on some of Australias most high-profile complex and precedent-setting cases. We have a national team of over 70 recognised dispute resolution experts across a range of industries and disciplines.

An opportunity currently exists for an Associate with at least 2 years of post-admission experience in commercial litigation to join the team working closely with partners Kathryn Finlayson and Evan Goldman in addition to senior lawyers. This is a leading commercial litigation and competition law practice advising major corporates and government on high-stakes commercial regulatory and competition matters.

You will advise clients in the energy and resources health and infrastructure industries as well as Queensland Government clients on a range of commercial and regulatory disputes and investigations.

Working in a supportive flexible and close-knit team you will be solution-driven commercial and pragmatic and focused on understanding our clients needs.

More About You

We welcome applications from lawyers who:

• at least 2 years of post-admission experience in commercial litigation and regulatory disputes

• possess excellent plain English drafting skills and the confidence to advise clients on complex legal and regulatory issues;

• a high level of technical excellence and attention to detail;
• possess a strong client service mindset with demonstrated experience building and maintaining trusted client relationships;
