About the Role

As an Analyst you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of client projects by transforming data into meaningful insights. This is an excellent entry point into healthcare consulting offering hands-on exposure to real client challenges and structured learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in analysing client requirements and contribute to the development of data-driven solutions
• Support the preparation of project documentation reports and deliverables
• Collaborate with consultants and project leads to ensure timely high-quality project delivery
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify trends issues and opportunities
• Translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations within established frameworks
• Contribute to solving real-world business challenges in the life sciences sector
• Assist in developing clear visually engaging presentations tailored to client needs
• Help structure insights into compelling narratives for internal and client audiences
• Build your knowledge of market research techniques and healthcare industry dynamics
• Actively participate in formal training and on-the-job learning opportunities
• Work under the guidance of experienced consultants and leaders to accelerate your development

About You

Youre a motivated early-career professional with a passion for analytics problem-solving and healthcare.

Required skills and experience:

• Bachelors degree in relevant field
• 13 years experience in market research analytics consulting or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to team goals
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

You may also have:

• Basic understanding of consulting frameworks business processes and market dynamics
• Interest in pharmaceutical medtech or healthcare industries
