2027 Finance Graduate Program

About our opportunity:

Our Nutrien Ag Solutions2027 Graduate Programwill provide the skills and training you need to be a future leader or technical expert within the agricultural industry in the field of finance.

Commencing in February 2027 our 24-month program will see you will join a cohort of other ambitiousgraduatesand see you involved in four leadership and skill-building workshops receive on the ground training and have three mentors assigned to you to provide ongoing support. The Graduate Program is based on a robust learning model and will see youadding value as afull-time ongoing employee from day one;doing real work and deliveringreal results.

What our Program offers:

• Rotational programthroughout the two years you will rotate in 6 monthly blocks through different areas of the Corporate Finance on what rotationyourein you might be exposed to our Tax team Creditteamor our Financial Accounting team.

• Professional networking opportunities:ourprogram provides you with the opportunity to socialize and travel interstate. You will be exposed to four skill-building workshops across the two years.

Whatyoullneed to be successful:

At Nutrien we understand that everyone is unique and has a different background. To be considered for our program you will:

• You need to have completed yourbachelors degree in financeAgribusinessor a relevant fieldwithin the last 3 years or will finish by mid to end 2026to be eligible for the start of the program in February 2027. Our graduate program is for students in their final year of study in 2026or recently graduated.

• Demonstratea willingness to learn a proactive approachstrong communicationskillsand a passion for agriculture.

• Be able todemonstratecustomer service problemsolvingand leadership capabilities.

• As this is a permanent position with Nutrien candidatesare required tohavepermanentongoingworking rights within Australia to be considered for this position.
