Process Engineer

Descripción general del equipo y responsabilidades laborales

El candidato seleccionado podrá mejorar nuestros procesos industriales para mantener la eficiencia reducir costos mejorar la sostenibilidad y maximizar la rentabilidad.

Como Ingeniero de Procesos puede y se esfuerza por lograr mejoras estructurales en el diseño del proceso los procedimientos la instrucción de trabajo y la propuesta de recursos y / o inversiones requeridas.

Principales responsabilidades:

• Organizar implementar y mantener el flujo del proceso de producción
• Evaluar procesos tomar medidas e interpretar datos
• Desarrolla procesos para la fabricación de productos utilizando métodos y principios basados en Lean Six Sigma y / o estadísticas para la excelencia del proceso.
• Monitorea y audita el desempeño de los procesos y equipos y hace recomendaciones para la mejora continua necesaria para maximizar la capacidad del proceso.
• Desarrollar instrucciones de trabajo estándares y documentos de proceso y asegurarse de que se sigan
• Mejorar continuamente la operación existente para aumentar la calidad la productividad la eficiencia y el ahorro de costos
• Investigar los problemas operativos que afectan a la producción y la generación de informes y recomendar soluciones
• Gestionar la documentación de fabricación necesaria para la fabricación del producto es decir instrucciones de trabajo precisas
• Proporcionar datos de fabricación es decir gráficos de control de producción confiabilidad capacidad de proceso para mejorar el proceso y monitorear y medir el progreso hacia el objetivo
• Organizar reuniones con otros miembros del equipo para facilitar el crecimiento
• Identificar formas de reducir los costos de producción a través de recomendaciones es decir nuevos equipos de proceso justificación del equipo para mejorar el rendimiento
• Trabajar con otros departamentos relevantes para determinar los costos estimados el tiempo de ejecución la reducción de costos y cerrar el ciclo de retroalimentación.
• Servir de enlace con los proveedores en el proceso de fabricación

A quién buscamos

• Ingeniero Industrial o afines
• La experiencia en metales compuestos o extrusión es una ventaja
• Más de 3 años de experiencia como Ingeniero de Procesos o similar.
• Pensador analítico con habilidades interpersonales
• Inglés avanzado
• Excelentes habilidades técnicas

The successful candidate will be able to improve our industrial processes in order to maintain efficiency reduce cost improve sustainability and maximize profitability.

As Process Engineer you are able and strive towards structural improvements on process design procedures working instruction and proposal for required resources and/or investments.

Main responsabilities:

• Organize implement and maintain production process flow
• Assess processes take measurements and interpret data
• Develops processes for manufacturing products using Lean Six Sigma and/or Statistics-based methods and principles for process excellence
• Monitors and audits the performance of processes and equipment and makes recommendations for continuous improvement necessary to maximize process capability.
• Develop working instructions standards and process documents and ensure they are followed
• Improve continually existing operation for increased quality productivity efficiency and cost savings
• Investigate operational problems affecting production and reporting and recommending solutions
• Manage manufacturing documentation required for product manufacturing i.e. accurate work instructions
• Provide manufacturing data i.e. production control charts reliability process capability to improve the process and monitor and measure progress to target
• Organize meetings with other team members to facilitate growth
• Identify ways to reduce production costs through recommendations i.e. new process equipment equipment justification to improve performance
• Work with other relevant departments to determine estimated costs run time cost reduction and close the feedback loop
• Liaise with suppliers on manufacturing process

Who are we looking for

• Excellent technical skills
• Metals Compounding or Extrusion experience is an advantage
• More than 3 years of experience as Process Engineer or similar.
• Analytical thinker with interpersonal skills
• BS degree in Engineering
• Advanced English
