Job Summary
IMPORT PROCESS
- Support the import process for cans and promotional materials.
- Prepare import documentation coordinating with the different stakeholders involved and following up on shipments.
- Perform import cost calculations and review import files before submitting them to Finance for accounting.
- Monitor and follow up with customs brokers to ensure the import process runs smoothly.
INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
- Process inventory movements in SAP.
- Manage orders and deliveries for the Service Station channel.
- Coordinate product replenishment for the office Sales and Marketing warehouses events and third-party locations.
INVOICING
- Support the invoicing process including the issuance of credit notes.
Qualifications :
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree.
- Available to complete a 1218 month internship.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Intermediate level of English (preferred).
- Previous experience in Logistics or Supply Chain is a plus.
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
