The Customer Service Representative acts as a key link between customers sales and operations ensuring seamless order management and high-quality service delivery. This role requires strong analytical skills customer focus and deep understanding of products and processes to effectively support customer needs.

- Receive and process customer orders ensuring accuracy completeness and timely execution
- Manage customer inquiries and complaints providing effective and professional resolutions
- Maintain ongoing relationships with assigned customers and internal sales teams
- Act as a key communication bridge between customers sales and operations
- Monitor order status and proactively address potential issues or delays
- Apply knowledge of product portfolio availability and logistics constraints to support decision-making
- Ensure compliance with internal processes service levels and customer expectations
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction

- Previous experience in Customer Service Order Management or Supply Chain roles
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders
- High level of attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests simultaneously
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills
- Analytical thinking and sound judgment in handling complex situations
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and Microsoft Office tools

- Experience working in a multinational or shared service environment
- Knowledge of flavors fragrances food ingredients or related industries
- Familiarity with order-to-cash processes
- Advanced Excel or data analysis skills
