Job Summary
- Develop and manage laboratory database design requirements for protocols amendments and sponsor-driven changes
- Define and maintain client-specific design standards in alignment with clinical protocols
- Oversee study database configuration and serve as the primary set-up point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Management Logistics Clinical Trial Materials Laboratory Testing and Specimen Management during project planning
- Maintain and update project documentation including action and issue logs status reports and timelines during start-up
- Proactively manage scope changes identify project risks and implement contingency plans
- Prepare and present study-specific materials at investigator and kick-off meetings and support audits as required
- Bachelors degree in science or a related field
- Experience developing and managing clinical study database configurations and sponsor standards
- Working knowledge of Clinical Trial Management Systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Other Equivalent combination of education training and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
- Strong understanding of clinical research processes medical terminology and ICH E6 Good Clinical Practice guidelines
- Excellent organizational time management and attention to detail skills in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to build effective working relationships with clients colleagues and management
