Job Summary

MOVE Your Business is proud to represent Jasmine Daya & Co. a Toronto-based law firm that has transitioned from civil litigation into cross-border private lending law. The firm now advises Canadian lenders and industry professionals on expanding into the U.S. including market entry licensing regulatory strategy and business structuring. It operates as a fast-paced entrepreneurial practice combining legal services with business development education and industry engagement.

On behalf of Jasmine Daya & Co we are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing & Growth Manager to lead marketing initiatives and drive business growth across the firms cross-border private lending practice. This role is essential for building brand presence generating qualified leads and expanding the firms reach among Canadian lenders and industry professionals exploring U.S. market entry. This is a remote position that allows you to work from anywhere while collaborating closely with the team.

The role may also involve supporting related brands industry initiatives and the professional brand of the firms Managing Principal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Growth Strategy
    • Develop and execute marketing and growth strategies to expand the firms reach among Canadian private lenders and cross-border industry professionals
    • Identify new opportunities for client acquisition market positioning and brand growth within the private lending and legal advisory space
  • Process & Technology Optimization
    • Streamline marketing workflows supporting lead generation and client acquisition
    • Oversee marketing systems and tools ensuring accurate and efficient data flow between marketing and CRM systems
    • Leverage automation to reduce repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency
  • Campaign Execution
    • Plan and run multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting Canadian private lenders brokers and real estate finance professionals exploring U.S. expansion
    • Ensure campaigns align with business objectives and regulatory/compliance considerations within the cross-border legal and lending space
  • Data Analysis & Reporting
    • Track key marketing performance metrics including lead generation conversion rates and campaign ROI
    • Analyze trends and produce actionable reports to support strategic growth decisions
  • Content & Brand Oversight
    • Guide content direction across social media website webinars newsletters and presentations ensuring alignment with brand and growth goals
    • Collaborate with design and content team members to maintain consistency and quality across all marketing outputs
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with the Managing Principal legal team and marketing team to align messaging across all touchpoints
    • Support initiatives connecting marketing with client education industry events and onboarding processes
  • Budget Oversight
    • Assist in planning and monitoring the marketing budget ensuring efficient allocation of resources across campaigns and tools
  • Team Leadership
    • Support the development of scalable marketing operations aligned with company growth
  • Ad Hoc Tasks
    • Take on special projects and operational tasks that support marketing initiatives system improvements and business growth objectives

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field
  • 3 years of experience in marketing operations growth marketing or marketing analytics
  • Proven experience managing marketing and CRM systems such as HubSpot Clio Zapier or similar tools
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and optimize new systems and workflows
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting with a focus on marketing KPIs lead performance and ROI
  • Excellent project management and process improvement skills
  • Strong communication skills with experience collaborating across legal business development and creative teams
  • Analytical and detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on efficiency optimization and scalability

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in marketing for a law firm financial-services company professional association or other professional-services organization
  • Experience with LinkedIn-focused growth and lead generation
  • Familiarity with content and social media platforms/scheduling tools
  • An understanding of private lending real estate finance or legal marketing is helpful but not required

Additional Requirements:

  • Two professional references and a valid criminal background check issued within the last 60 days are required for all successful applicants
  • Completion of intake paperwork including submission of a valid tax identification number (e.g. Social Security Number Social Insurance Number or the countrys equivalent) is required prior to onboarding

Working Hours:
Full-time (40 hours per week)
Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time

Pay:
CAD 1400 CAD 70 Allowance per month
