- Support the Executive Housekeeper in overseeing the daily housekeeping operation ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness presentation and guest satisfaction.
- Supervise and motivate the housekeeping team providing coaching guidance and performance support.
- Ensure guest rooms and public areas consistently reflect Aliées luxury and Forbes-level standards.
- Coordinate daily room assignments inspections and operational priorities to maximize efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and support the control of housekeeping supplies linen and amenities.
- Collaborate closely with Front Office Engineering Laundry and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist in recruitment onboarding training and development of housekeeping colleagues.
- Promote a culture of safety quality and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a leadership role within Housekeeping preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations quality standards and luxury guest expectations.
- Excellent leadership communication and team development skills.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong organizational planning and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel property management systems is an advantage.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Pre - opening experience and knowledge of Forbes Travel Guide standards are considered an asset.
