Your Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be responsible for:

Full-Cycle Recruitment: Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing and screening candidates to interviewing and extending offers.

Strategic Planning: Working closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Talent Sourcing: Leveraging job boards social media networking events and other channels to attract and engage top talent.

Candidate Experience: Ensuring a positive and seamless experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process from application to onboarding.

Employer Branding: Supporting the development and enhancement of our employer brand with compelling job postings and active involvement in industry events.

Qualifications

Strong command of English and French

Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar recruitment role

Familiar with various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organized proactive and able to work collaboratively
