This position, under the direction of the County Commissioners, will oversee custodial staff and coordinate the installation, maintenance, and repair work in all county buildings. The Director will regularly inspect work sites, perform necessary repairs, maintain inventory, and arrange for contractors to handle non-routine maintenance.
