Summary: The Accountant role is essential for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of daily accounting functions within the organization. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional seeking a stable long-term career in finance and accounting. The Accountant will be responsible for managing bookkeeping financial documentation accounts payable and receivable and supporting monthly reporting all while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and procedures. Strong technical proficiency in Tally ERP or Tally Prime along with expertise in financial reporting and MS Excel is critical to success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping activities
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledger entries
- Prepare invoices quotations payment vouchers and financial reports
- Handle supplier payments and customer account follow-ups
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor company expenses
- Maintain proper accounting files and documentation
- Support the finance team with monthly reporting and account management
Requirements
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime software
- Proven experience in accounting bookkeeping and financial reporting
- Ability to manage accounts payable and receivable
- Solid understanding of invoices payment entries and expense tracking
- Basic knowledge of VAT procedures and financial documentation
- Proficiency in MS Excel and office applications
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines efficiently
- Previous UAE or GCC accounting experience is an advantage
Required Skills:
Qualification: MBA/PGDM from reputed B-school. Experience: 20 years in corporate sales institutional leasing or real estate investment. Requirements: Proven success in closing large deals and strong industry networks. Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
