ملخص الوظيفة
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor on-site interior design works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors consultants and project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
- Review shop drawings material submittals and mock-ups.
- Ensure high-quality finishes and adherence to design standards.
- Conduct site inspections and report progress issues and recommendations.
- Resolve design-related issues during construction in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project timelines.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Interior Design or a related field (or equivalent qualification)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in interior design with strong site supervision exposure.
- At least 3 years of experience in GCC countries.
- Proven experience in managing and supervising interior fit-out projects on-site.
- Strong knowledge of materials finishes and construction detailing.
- Excellent coordination communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Available for immediate joining.
