Stakeholders management
- Stakeholders Management requires coordination with the vendors and the External Stakeholders and it includes:
- Stakeholder Tracking and support including the logistics setup Access to space internet shared folder etc.
- Project Management Support for the Project Managers
- Related to the Project Management Activities including but not limited to MoMs Project charter alignment Risk Register Issue logs follow-ups on deadlines and collection of deliverables.
- Reporting
- Reporting requirements include:
- Project level reports including status updates effective reporting and escalation of project level achievements risks issues etc. that will be presented to executive level management
Content
Contributing to structuring and validating the content of project deliverables.
