Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor

Supervise material receiving storage issuance and dispatch.

Maintain accurate inventory records and SAP/ERP transactions.

Coordinate deliveries with Procurement and project teams.

Monitor stock levels conduct inventory counts and resolve discrepancies.

Supervise warehouse staff prepare reports and ensure proper material handling and HSE compliance.

Coordinate with suppliers and transporters to ensure timely deliveries and resolve shipment issues.

Monitor warehouse space utilization and improve storage layouts and operational efficiency.

Diploma or bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.

Experience with SAP/ERP systems and inventory management.

Ability to prepare inventory reports and analyze stock discrepancies.

Knowledge of material handling storage procedures and warehouse safety practices.

Strong organizational communication and supervisory skills.
