Position: VRF Technician
Location: Doha Qatar
Duration: 2 Months (Extendable)
Working Hours: 8 Hours per Day / 6 Days per Week
Experience Required: 35 Years

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced VRF Technician to install maintain troubleshoot and repair Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with VRF systems and a strong understanding of HVAC equipment controls and maintenance procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Install commission and maintain VRF air conditioning systems.
• Diagnose and repair faults in VRF indoor and outdoor units.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues related to VRF systems.
• Conduct refrigerant charging leak testing and system performance checks.
• Read and interpret technical drawings wiring diagrams and equipment manuals.
• Inspect and replace defective components such as compressors sensors PCB boards and control devices.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are completed in accordance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Maintain service reports and record all maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with supervisors and site teams to ensure timely completion of work.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma ITI or Technical Certification in HVAC Refrigeration Air Conditioning or a related field.
• Minimum 35 years of experience as a VRF Technician.
• Hands-on experience with major VRF brands such as Daikin Mitsubishi LG Samsung or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of HVAC systems refrigeration cycles and electrical controls.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and the proper use of tools and testing equipment.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
