ملخص الوظيفة
The Senior Utilities Engineer ensures the 24/7 operational continuity of all critical infrastructure (Power Water District Cooling and Fire Systems). You will manage large-scale technical teams and subcontractors to maintain asset reliability regulatory compliance and energy efficiency for Qatar's most prestigious facilities.
Education: Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
License: UPDA/MMUP Certified (Preffered).
Experience: 8 Years in FM/Utilities (Minimum 3 years in GCC).
Skills: HVAC/District Cooling HV/LV Power BMS/AMI and SAP/Maximo.
Operational Continuity: Oversee District Cooling Plants (DCP) high-voltage networks and water systems to ensure zero downtime.
Team Leadership: Supervise multi-disciplinary teams (Engineers & Technicians) and manage Specialist Subcontractors (AMCs).
Financial & Technical Planning: Manage O&M budgets energy-saving initiatives and lifecycle asset management.
