Trainer Electricity
Responsibilities
* Plan organize and deliver training programs
* Lead coach assess and certify trainees
* Maintain and continuously improve training resources courses and delivery methods
* Ensure compliance with company standards and management systems( Quality Assurance ISO Risk Management ISMS)
* Promote and enforce health safety and regulatory compliance
Requirements
* Must haveTraining methodology Certification (Train of The Trainer)
Mandatory bachelor in Electrical Engineering and experience in Medium Voltage or High Voltage
* Must be a bilingual (English and Arabic)speaker & writer
* Must have at least 5 years of experience in engineering and ideally 1 year in training and development area
