Trade Revenue Expansion Business Analyst

We are currently looking for Trade Revenue Expansion Business Analyst for our Qatar operations
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Banking Finance Economics Business Administration Information Systems Accounting or a related discipline.
- Professional certifications such as CBAP PMI-PBA Agile Business Analysis Lean Six Sigma or equivalent are advantageous.
- Minimum 7-10 years of banking experience with at least 5 years in Business Analysis Transaction Banking Trade Finance Global Transaction Banking or related functions.
- Experience in Trade Finance products including Letters of Credit Guarantees Supply Chain Finance Receivables Finance and Structured Trade.
- Proven experience in business analysis requirements gathering process improvement and transformation initiatives.
- Experience supporting revenue growth programs product commercialization or business development initiatives is preferred.
- Experience in trade digitization process automation or technology implementation projects is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Trade Finance operating models and transaction banking processes.

- Strong data analysis reporting and dashboard development skills.
- Experience in process mapping and business process re-engineering.
- Good understanding of Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance products.
- Knowledge of international trade flows trade corridors and transaction banking solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to prepare business cases feasibility assessments and financial analyses.
- Experience with UAT planning execution and defect management.
- Excellent report writing presentation and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Power BI PowerPoint and business analysis tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English..
Essential Duties & Responsibilities by Dimensions
A. Shareholder & Financial:
- Support the execution of Trade Revenue Expansion initiatives aligned with the Groups strategic and financial objectives.
- Analyse Trade Finance revenue performance wallet share penetration client profitability and utilization trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct market client industry and corridor analysis to support business growth strategies.
