Black & Grey HR is recruiting for an established technology solutions and services provider in Doha Qatar. Our client is seeking a Technical Analyst (Bilingual Arabic & English) to support the service delivery function by managing administrative operations coordinating stakeholder communications maintaining project documentation tracking action items and providing bilingual (Arabic/English) communication support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the service delivery team including scheduling meetings and preparing agendas.
- Attend meetings capture meeting minutes and distribute them to relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare and circulate project communications reports and status updates.
- Track action items risks dependencies and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely closure.
- Maintain project documentation ensuring proper version control and document management.
- Translate documents reports and communications between Arabic and English.
- Maintain records correspondence reports and other project-related documentation.
- Support the preparation of periodic reports and project status updates.
- Perform additional administrative and coordination duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of IT experience including at least 2 years in a similar role such as Technical Analyst Project Coordinator or Project Administrator.
- Experience supporting project administration stakeholder communication and document management.
- Strong experience translating technical and business documents between Arabic and English.
- Excellent organizational time management and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
