We are looking for an experienced Technical Advisor with strong automotive dealership experience preferably with hands-on experience working with BAIC vehicles at an authorized BAIC dealership. The successful candidate will act as the key link between customers service advisors technicians and the workshop ensuring accurate vehicle diagnosis repair recommendations and high-quality after-sales service.

• Receive customers and understand their vehicle concerns complaints and technical requirements.

• Conduct preliminary vehicle inspections and accurately identify technical issues.

• Provide technical advice and recommend appropriate repair and maintenance solutions.

• Coordinate with technicians to diagnose and resolve vehicle faults efficiently.

• Prepare and explain repair estimates technical findings and recommended work to customers.

• Ensure repairs are carried out according to BAIC manufacturer specifications and authorized dealership standards.

• Review completed repairs and ensure vehicles are ready for customer delivery.

• Handle technical customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.

• Support warranty-related inspections claims and technical documentation.

• Coordinate with the manufacturer/distributor technical team on complex technical issues when required.

• Maintain accurate service records inspection reports and technical documentation.

• Ensure compliance with dealership quality safety and workshop procedures.

• Keep updated on BAIC vehicle models diagnostic procedures technical bulletins and new technologies.

• Assist technicians with troubleshooting complex mechanical electrical and electronic faults.

• Promote customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and transparent communication throughout the repair process.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

• 3–5 years of automotive dealership experience as a Technical Advisor Service Advisor Automotive Technician or similar role.

• Experience with BAIC vehicles at an authorized BAIC dealership is highly preferred/required.

• Strong knowledge of automotive mechanical electrical electronic and diagnostic systems.

• Experience using automotive diagnostic tools and workshop management systems.

• Good understanding of vehicle maintenance troubleshooting repair procedures and warranty processes.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers technicians and workshop management.

• Good problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilities.

• Qatar/GCC automotive dealership experience is preferred.

• Qatar driving license is an advantage.
