Experience: Relevant software testing experience with proven experience leading QA
teams and managing testing across projects.
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Test Lead to plan coordinate and lead software
testing activities across projects in retail banking and finance energy real estate and
other industries. The candidate will guide the QA team manage test delivery and provide
hands-on support for functional integration regression API database and user
acceptance testing.
The ideal candidate should be immediately available and able to work in an onsite or
offshore arrangement based on project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Define test strategies test plans scope estimates resource allocation and schedules
in line with project requirements.
Assign testing tasks review deliverables mentor team members and coordinate onsite
and offshore QA teams.
Monitor test coverage execution progress defects and risks; communicate status and
mitigation plans to stakeholders.
Lead defect triage meetings and provide release readiness recommendations based on
test results and outstanding risks.
Identify automation opportunities and coordinate with automation engineers to improve
regression coverage and efficiency.
• Lead and coordinate SIT UAT functional and regression testing across
applications in different business domains.
• Design review and execute detailed test cases and test scenarios based on
business and technical requirements.
• Perform API testing using tools such as SOAP UI and Postman.
• Validate backend data using SQL and database tools.
• Perform batch file validation and data reconciliation.
• Conduct cross-browser and mobile application testing.
• Identify document track and retest defects through the complete defect
lifecycle.• Work closely with developers business analysts and other stakeholders to
troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Prepare and maintain test documentation execution reports and defect reports.
• Support UAT activities and coordinate with business users to ensure successful
application releases.
• Ensure testing activities are completed within agreed timelines and quality
standards.

• Experience in one or more domains such as retail banking and finance energy
real estate or other industries.
• Ability to understand domain-specific business processes workflows and
testing requirements.

Candidate Requirements• Proven experience in software testing with experience as a Test Lead or in a
similar QA leadership role.
• Experience testing applications in one or more industries such as retail banking
and finance energy and real estate.
• Good understanding of the complete Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and
defect lifecycle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication stakeholder coordination team mentoring and
leadership skills.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams is preferred.
• Candidates who are immediately available will be preferred.
