Stock Planning Officer

Job Description:
Responsible for monitoring stock levels analyzing consumption and demand trends forecasting future requirements and planning timely replenishment to maintain optimal inventory levels. The position will identify stock requirements prepare order recommendations monitor pending orders and coordinate with Procurement Sales Warehouse and Operations to ensure availability of required materials while minimizing excess and slow-moving stock.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor stock levels and identify replenishment requirements.
Analyze stock movement consumption sales trends and historical data.
Prepare stock forecasts and determine future material requirements.
Establish and monitor minimum maximum and safety stock levels.
Prepare purchase/order requirements based on forecasted demand and current stock.
Monitor pending orders and follow up on expected deliveries.
Identify slow-moving non-moving excess and obsolete stock.
Prepare regular stock planning and inventory reports.
Coordinate with Procurement and other departments to ensure timely replenishment.
Recommend actions to improve stock availability and reduce excess inventory.
Maintain accurate planning records and support management in inventory-related decisions.
