We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Shift Supervisor in Qatar. Our client is a reputed organization in the Oil & Gas sector seeking skilled motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below apply early as positions are limited.
- Supervise shift operations across oil and gas production facilities and ensure safe continuous operations.
- Monitor production processes operating parameters equipment conditions and control systems.
- Coordinate plant start-up shutdown and routine operational activities according to approved procedures.
- Lead shift personnel and allocate operational duties based on production requirements.
- Identify operational abnormalities and coordinate appropriate troubleshooting and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures permit-to-work requirements and operating standards.
- Maintain accurate shift logs and communicate operating conditions during shift handovers.
- Coordinate with maintenance production control room and other operational teams to minimize disruptions.
- Oil & Gas Operations Strong understanding of operating practices within oil and gas facilities.
- Production Operations Knowledge of production processes and operational monitoring.
- Control Systems Strong knowledge of systems used to monitor and control plant operations.
- Shift Supervision Ability to coordinate personnel and operational activities during assigned shifts.
- Operational Troubleshooting Ability to identify and respond appropriately to process and equipment abnormalities.
- Process safety and permit-to-work knowledge
- Plant start-up and shutdown experience
- Strong shift handover and operational reporting practices

Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
