Senior Network Architect -CS

A leading company that specializes in providing technology solutions and services particularly focusing on data management and software systems is looking for a highly qualified Senior Network Architect with a focus on Cybersecurity to join our clients team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in network design and architecture with a specialized understanding of cybersecurity principles protocols and solutions. This role involves designing implementing and securing complex network infrastructures to protect the organizations critical assets from evolving cyber threats while maintaining network performance and scalability.

• Cybersecurity Network Design: Design and architect secure network infrastructures including firewalls VPNs IDS/IPS and other security measures ensuring high availability scalability and resilience against cyber threats.
  
• Security Architecture Leadership: Lead efforts in creating network security strategies policies and frameworks that align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
  
• Risk Management: Identify assess and mitigate cybersecurity risks within the network infrastructure ensuring all network components meet or exceed security standards.
  
• Vulnerability Assessment & Mitigation: Conduct regular network security assessments penetration testing and vulnerability scans and implement necessary security measures to mitigate risks.
  
• Advanced Security Solutions: Integrate cuttingedge cybersecurity technologies including nextgen firewalls secure SDWAN Zero Trust models and intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS) into network designs.
  
• Collaboration with Security Teams: Work closely with security operations incident response and threat intelligence teams to ensure network designs are aligned with the organizations cybersecurity posture and threat landscape.
  
• Compliance & Regulatory Adherence: Ensure the network infrastructure complies with industryspecific regulations and standards such as PCIDSS HIPAA GDPR and NIST through secure design and implementation.
  
• Troubleshooting & Incident Response: Provide expertise in network security incident investigation and resolution working with the incident response team to address security breaches or vulnerabilities.
  
• Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed network security documentation including architecture diagrams security protocols and security best practices.
  
• Mentorship & Training: Mentor junior engineers and other team members on network security best practices troubleshooting techniques and design principles.
