Senior Inspector QAQC

Inspection Leadership: Lead and supervise inspection activities for piping pressure vessels and tanks.

Welding & Materials Verification: Ensure welding procedures consumables and materials comply with ASME API and CSWIP standards.

Quality Assurance: Oversee QA/QC systems ensuring adherence to project specifications and international codes.

NCR & Corrective Actions: Identify non-conformances issue NCRs and monitor corrective measures.

Documentation & Reporting: Prepare inspection reports maintain QA/QC records and ensure traceability of certificates.

Team Supervision: Mentor junior inspectors coordinate with QA/QC managers and liaise with clients.

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Mandatory Certifications: API 510 (Pressure Vessels) API 570 (Piping) CSWIP 3.1/3.2 (Welding Inspection).

Minimum 10 years QA/QC inspection experience with at least 5 years offshore.

Strong knowledge of ASME AWS API ISO codes.

Expertise in inspection methodologies and fitness-for-service (FFS) analysis.

Proficiency in NDT techniques (RT UT MT PT).

Strong leadership communication and reporting skills.

Ability to manage inspection teams under tight turnaround schedules.
