Rotating equipment technician

Pump Maintenance: Dismantle inspect and repair centrifugal boiler feed seawater intake condensate and potable water pumps.

Alignment & Balancing: Perform precision alignment of shafts couplings and bearings using laser alignment tools.

Testing & Commissioning: Conduct hydrostatic performance and vibration tests postmaintenance.

Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical faults vibration issues and seal/bearing failures.

Documentation: Maintain maintenance logs inspection reports and compliance records.

Safety Compliance: Follow HSE procedures permittowork systems and PPE requirements during outage activities.

Coordination: Work closely with project engineers field service engineers and rigging teams during pump removal/installation.

Diploma / Technical Certificate in Mechanical Engineering.

Minimum 57 years handson experience with rotating equipment specifically pumps.

Strong knowledge of centrifugal boiler feed condensate extraction and seawater intake pumps.

Familiarity with QE standards ASME/API codes and OEM manuals.
