Key Responsibilities
- Develop structural designs calculations and detailed engineering drawings for various construction projects.
- Perform structural analysis and design of reinforced concrete steel structures and foundation systems.
- Prepare technical reports design documentation and engineering specifications in compliance with industry standards and building codes.
- Review shop drawings material submissions and design documents to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Collaborate with architects MEP engineers consultants and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide technical support during construction and assist in resolving structural design challenges.
- Participate in design reviews value engineering exercises and project planning activities.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards timelines and budget requirements.
Requirements
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
- Proven experience in structural design and engineering projects.
- Strong understanding of structural analysis reinforced concrete design steel structure design and foundation engineering.
- Proficiency in structural design software and engineering tools.
- Excellent analytical communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Required Skills:
Minimum 8 years of experience in HVAC engineering Strong knowledge of technical engineering estimation and operational works Hands-on experience with: VRF Systems Chilled Water Systems Good understanding of HVAC project execution and site coordination Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred
