Prepare and analyze financial statements budgets and forecasts to support strategic planning
Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and regulatory requirements in GCC jurisdictions
Monitor project costs variances and profitability across construction projects
Collaborate with project managers and procurement teams to maintain financial controls
Conduct audits and internal reviews to uphold accuracy and transparency in financial reporting
Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on financial data
Requirements
Professional certification (CPA ACCA CMA) is a plus
Experience in Construction industries in GCC is a must.
Professional certification such as CPA ACCA or CMA is highly preferred
Proven experience in financial roles within the construction industry in the GCC region
Strong knowledge of local accounting standards and tax regulations in GCC countries
Proficiency in financial reporting budgeting and cost analysis
Excellent analytical communication and problem-solving skills
Experience with ERP systems and financial software (e.g. SAP Oracle) is advantageous
