QC Inspector Instrumentation

Inspect installation of instruments cabling junction boxes and control systems to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.

Verify works against method statements ITPs and project standards.

Monitor calibration loop checks and functional testing of instruments.

Prepare inspection reports maintain calibration certificates and quality records.

Identify nonconformances issue NCRs and follow up until closure.

Liaise with site engineers QA/QC managers and subcontractors to resolve quality issues.

Ensure adherence to ISO IEC and projectspecific QA/QC standards.

Conduct inspections safely and in line with HSE requirements.

Diploma / Bachelors degree in Instrumentation / Electrical Engineering.

Minimum 5 years QA/QC inspection experience in instrumentation works.

Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures ITPs and international codes (IEC ISO ASTM).

ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.

Instrumentation Calibration & Testing Certification.

Valid Qatar government project approvals.
