ملخص الوظيفة
QA/QC Management: Develop and implement QA/QC procedures for mechanical and welding works.
Inspection Oversight: Supervise inspections of piping welding and mechanical systems.
Standards Compliance: Ensure adherence to ASME API AWS and ISO standards.
Documentation: Prepare quality plans inspection reports and audit records.
NCR Management: Review nonconformances recommend corrective actions and ensure closure.
Coordination: Liaise with clients consultants and subcontractors on quality matters.
- B.E/B. Tech Mechanical
- Minimum 12-15 years of Oil & Gas Petrochemical Fertilizers industry in Quality control & Assurance (5-7 year GCC Exp is must).
- Experienced in managing a team of QC Engineers & Inspectors.
- Shutdown/Turnarounds experience is an added advantage.
- Experienced in Field installation of Piping Structural Steel Tanks Welding.
- CSWIP 3.2.2 /EWE/IWE IRCA ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor.
