Project Director

We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Project Director in Qatar. Our client Danem Engineering Works W.L.L is seeking a highly experienced professional to provide strategic and operational leadership for major projects. • Direct end-to-end planning execution monitoring and successful delivery of assigned projects.
  
• Establish project objectives execution strategies schedules budgets and performance targets.
  
• Lead multidisciplinary engineering procurement construction and project management teams.
  
• Monitor project costs schedules resources quality and contractual deliverables.
  
• Coordinate with clients consultants contractors vendors and internal stakeholders throughout project execution.
  
• Ensure project activities comply with applicable quality safety engineering and contractual requirements.
  
• Identify major project risks and implement appropriate mitigation and recovery strategies.
  
• Provide senior management with regular reports on project performance milestones risks costs and delivery status.
  

1. Project Management: Ability to direct complex projects from planning through completion.
   
2. Mechanical Engineering: Strong technical foundation suitable for senior project leadership.
   
3. Project Execution: Experience overseeing multidisciplinary project delivery and milestones.
   
4. Cost & Schedule Control: Ability to monitor budgets resources schedules and project performance.
   
5. Contract & Stakeholder Management: Ability to coordinate effectively with clients consultants contractors and project stakeholders.
   

• EPC/project delivery exposure.
  
• Strong commercial and contractual awareness.
  
• Experience leading large multidisciplinary project teams.
