ملخص الوظيفة

* Coordinate AGM and Owners Association meetings prepare invitations notices and draft minutes; maintain association records and documentation

* Receive and record owner and resident enquiries refer to relevant team members and follow up on pending requests; compile and distribute approved Quarterly Management Reports and official correspondence

* Maintain contract records and tracker monitor expiry dates and flag upcoming renewals to responsible team members

* Process and maintain utility FM and other related invoices; provide administrative support and follow up on documentation as directed

* Assist with correspondence scheduling meeting arrangements routine reports and filing systems; coordinate with internal departments on administrative requirements

Requirements

* Diploma in Administration / Commerce / Hospitality with further technical training in administration and clerical proficiencies

* 3 to 5 years relevant experience in administration/clerical field

* Proficiency in Arabic and English both written and spoken

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail

* Experience using office equipment and Microsoft Office suite; able to use CRM & ERP; minimum typing speed of 60wpm

* Ability to independently draft professional letters memos and reports; knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures

* Aware of QHSE Management System policies and procedures; knowledge of security requirements and emergency preparedness

Required Skills:

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field. Minimum 35 years of experience as a Mechanical Technician in industrial construction manufacturing or Oil & Gas environments. Hands-on experience in mechanical equipment maintenance installation troubleshooting and repair. Knowledge of pumps compressors valves bearings gearboxes hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Ability to read mechanical drawings and use hand tools power tools and precision measuring instruments. Good understanding of preventive maintenance procedures and workplace safety standards. Candidates with a valid QID and immediate availability are preferred.
