Multi-Skilled Facilities Technician

The Multi-Skilled Facilities Technician will perform preventive corrective and reactive electromechanical maintenance across electrical mechanical HVAC air-conditioning and cooling systems.

• Perform planned and reactive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults.
• Maintain HVAC air-conditioning and cooling systems.
• Conduct routine equipment and system inspections.
• Identify and report defects and maintenance requirements.
• Support reliable operation of electromechanical systems.
• Respond to technical faults and work orders.
• Coordinate complex issues with supervisors and engineers.

• Technical qualification in Mechanical or Electrical disciplines.
• Minimum 6 years total experience.
• 3 years experience within schools and kindergartens.
• Strong electrical mechanical HVAC and cooling knowledge.
• Good electromechanical troubleshooting capabilities.
• Relevant professional technical certifications preferred.
• Good communication skills.
• English required; Arabic preferred.
