Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator

We are currently looking for Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator for our Qatar operations

Required Qualifications

          Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related discipline. Job Description Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator

          At least 6 years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement On-Premises.

          Strong knowledge of Dynamics CRM architecture deployment administration security and troubleshooting.

          Hands-on development experience with C# .NET Framework JavaScript Web APIs SQL Server and SSRS.

          Demonstrated experience with CRM customizations plugins workflows integrations and solution deployment.

          Strong analytical communication documentation and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

          Experience with Dynamics CRM 2016 and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement On-Premises.

          Knowledge of Windows Server Active Directory ADFS claims-based authentication and single sign-on.

          Experience integrating Dynamics CRM with ERP banking or other enterprise applications.

          Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and Azure integration services.

          Relevant Microsoft Dynamics or Power Platform certifications are preferred.

          Experience supporting business-critical highly available enterprise environments.
