Master Technician

We are seeking an experienced Master Technician with strong automotive dealership experience preferably with hands-on expertise in BAIC vehicles at an authorized BAIC dealership. The Master Technician will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical electrical electronic and diagnostic issues while supporting workshop technicians and ensuring all work is completed in accordance with BAIC manufacturer standards.

• Perform advanced diagnosis troubleshooting repair and maintenance of BAIC vehicles.

• Diagnose complex mechanical electrical electronic transmission engine and HVAC-related faults.

• Use manufacturer-approved diagnostic equipment and tools to identify vehicle faults accurately.

• Interpret diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) wiring diagrams technical manuals and manufacturer service information.

• Carry out major repairs and complex technical jobs in accordance with BAIC manufacturer specifications.

• Inspect vehicles and identify additional technical issues requiring attention.

• Provide technical support and guidance to automotive technicians in diagnosing difficult or recurring faults.

• Verify completed repairs through testing and road tests to ensure vehicles meet required quality standards.

• Support the Service Advisor and Workshop Controller with technical assessments and repair recommendations.

• Handle complex warranty and technical cases in coordination with the authorized BAIC distributor/manufacturer.

• Follow BAIC technical bulletins service campaigns recall procedures and manufacturer repair standards.

• Maintain accurate technical reports repair records and diagnostic documentation.

• Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with workshop procedures and manufacturer guidelines.

• Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians and improve overall workshop technical capability.

• Maintain high standards of workmanship productivity and customer satisfaction.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

• 5–8 years of experience in automotive workshops/dealerships with proven experience as a Master Technician or Senior Automotive Technician.

• Hands-on experience with BAIC vehicles at an authorized BAIC dealership is highly preferred/required.

• Strong knowledge of modern automotive mechanical electrical electronic and diagnostic systems.

• Proven experience with advanced vehicle diagnostic tools and manufacturer-specific diagnostic software.
