About the Role
Management Solutions International (MSI) is looking for a proactive creative and well-organized Marketing Coordinator to support and coordinate the company’s marketing activities across digital platforms website social media and events.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day marketing activities and campaigns.
Manage and maintain the company website including content updates.
Plan and coordinate events corporate activities and promotional initiatives.
Manage the company’s Instagram and other social media pages.
Create and publish engaging social media content.
Monitor social media engagement and maintain the company’s digital presence.
Coordinate with internal teams vendors and external partners for marketing activities.
Support the preparation of marketing materials and promotional content.
Use ChatGPT / AI tools for content creation research and marketing activities.
Have a basic understanding of cloud-based tools and platforms.
Stay updated with current marketing social media and digital trends.

Candidate Requirements
3–5 years of relevant experience in Marketing Coordination Digital Marketing Social Media or Marketing Operations.
Hands-on experience in website management.
Strong experience managing Instagram and social media platforms.
Experience in event planning and coordination.
Good communication coordination and organizational skills.
Working knowledge of ChatGPT / Generative AI tools.
Basic knowledge of Cloud-based tools/platforms.
Creative proactive and capable of handling multiple marketing activities.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
